The ImmigrationWorks Foundation is a national educational organization that works with business owners and others to inform the public about the benefits of immigration and the need for better immigration policy. Principal activities include policy research, public education and strategic communications.

The organization researches the economic benefits of immigration, tracks policy developments in Washington and the states and develops and distributes messaging tools to help employers and others talk to the public about the economic consequences of immigration. IW also works to develop immigration policy through original research, consensus-building among stakeholders and leveraging a team of immigration attorneys, among other means. Products include reports, policy briefs, legal memos and talking points on issues ranging from federal and state legislation to integrating immigrants into the fabric of American life.
