On Thursday, March 26, the Senate Homeland Security Committee held a hearing – Securing the Border: Defining the Current Population Living in the Shadows and Addressing Future Flows.
IW author Madeline Zavodny testified about the benefits of less-skilled immigrant workers. ImmigrationWorks president Tamar Jacoby and Zavodny published a report on less-skilled immigration in June 2013.
